Quality Surveyor
Job Description
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs for blasting, painting, fireproofing, and other coating activities from drawings and site measurements.
Monitor and record daily executed quantities at site, aligned with ITPs and inspection reports.Prepare and validate interim and final billing for clients and subcontractors.
Assist in preparation of monthly progress claims, BOQ reconciliation, and variation submissions.
Conduct joint measurements with client representatives and maintain proper documentation.
Track material consumption and reconcile with estimated quantities and project budget.
Analyze variations and assist in preparing claims, change orders, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC team, and planning to ensure billing accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date records of site activities, progress reports, and cost-related documentation.
Support procurement team with coating-related quantity inputs for ordering and stock control.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Preferred)
