Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Quality Supervisor
to oversee and enhance quality assurance and control processes across NAJ's operations. This role is critical for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will monitor procedures, identify and resolve non-conformities, and lead initiatives to continuously improve quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, policies, and procedures.
Supervise and guide QA inspectors, technicians, and related staff.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with company standards and ISO requirements.
Monitor operational processes, identify errors or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Analyze quality metrics, performance statistics, and root causes of service failures to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and improvement initiatives.
Facilitate training programs on quality standards, ISO practices, and business improvement tools.
Maintain quality documentation, including manuals, reports, policies, procedures, and CAPA actions.
Benchmark internal and external processes to ensure adherence to best practices.
Support operational departments in developing policies, procedures, operational plans, and performance indicators.
Drive company-wide quality improvement initiatives, including the 'I Suggest' and TQM programs.
Qualifications and Skills
5-7 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or operational process improvement.
Experience in car shipping operations, logistics, and shipping policies preferred.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 certification preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and persuade teams.
Attention to detail, results-driven, and self-motivated.
Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
