Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Quality Assurance
Monitor and evaluate customer service standards across all areas of the shop.
Ensure daily operations meet or exceed brand expectations for service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Resolve service issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring long-term solutions.
Sales Growth & Creativity
Proactively provide
ideas and suggestions to increase sales and footfall.
Contribute creative input for product presentation, promotions, and in-store customer experience.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements that enhance both revenue and customer satisfaction.
Staff Performance & Engagement
Be a key point of contact for staff feedback and concerns.
Monitor team performance, communication, and attitude on the floor.
Support training efforts and encourage a positive, productive work culture.
Operational Oversight
Observe workflows and identify areas for improvement or support.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and owner directives.
Assist in tracking stock levels, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
Reporting & Administrative Duties
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the owner.
Maintain quality control logs, staff feedback records, and service improvement plans.
Must be proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel
to generate structured reports, evaluations, and action plans.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, quality control, customer experience, or F&B leadership roles.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
