Quality Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Microbiologist cum Quality Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, ensuring product safety and compliance, and supervising overall quality control procedures. Key Responsibilities: . Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. . Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols in the production environment. . Investigate microbial deviations and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. . Supervise quality checks and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP). . Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure accurate documentation. . Assist in audits and regulatory inspections. . Train production and quality staff on microbiological safety and quality practices. Qualifications: . BacheloraEUR(TM)s/MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field. . Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a microbiology lab or quality control role. . Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and quality systems. . Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and other relevant standards. . Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. . Strong communication and leadership skills. Please send your resume/CV
