This position is based in Kuwait, which is also our Gulf Cluster Headquarters and directly reports to the Head of Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Pharmacovigilance. The position

As a business-minded quality professional, you will be responsible for managing the quality assurance system, providing support to the entire cluster members in their daily job requirements and collaborating with cross functions to ensure compliance with all requirements. Your primary tasks will include:

Proactively monitoring all relevant local regulations, policies and guidelines, including potential requirements and updates Maintaining, updating and improving local quality management system in accordance with Novo Nordisk and local requirements Participating in external partners' audits and review all internal processes for internal Audit Evaluating the temperature deviations/temperature data, informing distributors about the results and ensuring right actions taken in accordance with quality agreement Ensuring quality matters and quality competency development trainings for employees and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fulfilling all authorization requirements

Qualifications

You have a relevant bachelor's degree of pharmacy; you also possess an excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic knowledge will be an advantage. You should have at least 4 years of proven quality experience in the pharmaceutical or the healthcare industry.

We expect you to have excellent communication and negotiation abilities and effective time management skils. We also, imagine you having good planning and project management skills. We expect you too, to have a high level of commitment to assigned duties, having a structured approach towards work, attention to details and to be good at applying logical reasoning on taks and challenges. You are expected as wel to have experience working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organizational stakeholder management.

About the department

Novo Nordisk Gulf Cluster is a leader in diabetes care, obesity and haemophilia and will continue to drive change and awareness in the Gulf Cluster countries. Gulf Cluster is one of the fastest growing affiliates covering Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Yemen including 80 employees spread over the region. Gulf Cluster Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Pharmacovigilance team's role is to secure license to operate through fast and robust regulatory approvals. Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk Pharmacovigilance requirements as well as local Pharmacovigilance requirements. Compliance to Novo Nordisk Quality requirements.
