Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other standards. Conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. Facilitate management review meetings to evaluate QMS performance and drive continuous improvement. Train employees on QMS requirements and ensure organization-wide adherence. Monitor customer feedback and ensure the highest standards of product and service quality. Maintain up-to-date QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit reports. Assess and mitigate risks related to quality and compliance. Communicate audit findings and improvement initiatives to senior management. Ensure compliance with ATEX and IECEX standards for equipment used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Management Representative or in a similar ISO management role. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ATEX, and IECEX standards. Proficiency in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
