Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance (Field Development)

Develop, perform, and monitor the quality and technical assurance processes and activities related to engineering and technical projects in line with the company quality management systems and practices. Review and monitor suppliersaEUR(TM) documentation to meet predefined quality standards for technical projects, certification requirements, tendering, supply, permits, etc. Key Responsibilities

Design, update, and monitor all corrective actions and process updates to eliminate or reduce non-conformities. Develop and implement technical and engineering processes according to quality management systems. Review and align technical and project documentation with quality requirements. Consult with subject matter experts on change management processes. Manage project and technical documents, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Review action plans for assurance activities and monitor corrective measures. Liaise with supply chain for supplier pre-qualifications, performance evaluations, and documentation reviews. Develop vendor prequalification criteria and performance analysis reports. Supervision and Management

Plan, supervise, and coordinate activities within the team. Train and develop staff skills. Assist in budget preparation and cost control. Policies, Systems, and Processes

Implement policies, processes, standards, and procedures aligned with company and international standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability

Ensure compliance with HSE policies and sustainability guidelines. Reporting

Prepare management reports and section MIS. Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in technical and engineering projects, with exposure to quality assurance. Certifications

ISO 9001 Work Conditions
