About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Quality & Safety Control Nurse
to ensure our healthcare operations meet the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality care.Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor quality and safety protocols across clinical departments. Conduct audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments. Provide staff training on quality and safety standards. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements. Prepare reports and analyze data to improve patient outcomes. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing. Registered Nurse with valid license. Experience in quality assurance or patient safety is an added advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
