As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation consistently delivers high-quality products and services. The role involves identifying quality-related issues, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall reliability and performance of IT systems Client Details A well-established private holding company with multiple operations in the Middle East, who are embarking on an ambitious ERP transformation program Description Design and implement quality control strategies to ensure high-quality products and services Monitor and analyse quality control data, identifying trends and recommending improvements Utilise your expertise in complex IT systems to consult, mentor and audit high-value programs and projects Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation Ensure quality control is integrated into the development process of all products and is aligned with business objectives Collaborate with development project teams and stakeholders to enhance product reliability Profile 5+ years professional experience in quality management, alongside in-depth knowledge of quality control processes, procedures and policies A Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business administration or related field.
