Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Quality Manager - Project Completion and Close out** to join our team! In this role you will get to **work on one of the fastest growing projects in the Kingdom.**

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our Quality team. The Quality Manager for Completion will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion and closeout of construction projects by implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects of the highest quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Develop and implement quality management plans and procedures for project completion and closeout, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

+ Establish and maintain quality control processes to monitor and evaluate project deliverables, including inspections, audits, and documentation reviews.

+ Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout all project phases.

+ Conduct regular quality performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

+ Facilitate project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch-list resolution, and turnover documentation.

+ Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and knowledge among project team members.

+ Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management for construction projects.

+ Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive project documentation system, including quality records and reports using innovative solutions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

+ 15+ years of proven experience as a Quality Manager in the construction industry, specifically in project completion and closeout.

+ In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and practices in construction.

+ Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.

+ Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

+ Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency in using quality management tools, software, and documentation systems.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

+ MS Office and Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in utilizing data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar software to interpret and present project data, metrics, and performance indicators effectively. Ability to generate insightful reports and dashboards for quality analysis and decision-making purposes
