Quality Management Specialist

Job Description
The Quality Management Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting quality information from both internal and external sources to support product improvement and ensure the achievement of quality objectives. This role also manages quality data, supervises calibration of measuring instruments, and implements improvement plans to maintain high standards across all production processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
3. Proficient in English; Chinese language skills preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years in quality control, quality assurance, or production quality management.
Certificates & Trainings
Quality certifications such as ISO, Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.Technical Skills
1. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and operational procedures.
2. Ability to analyze quality data and implement corrective actions.
3. Familiarity with production processes and measuring instruments.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for quality tracking and reporting.
