Quality Inspector - Architectural & Decorative Metal Works

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-driven
Quality Inspector
to ensure our fabricated components meet stringent internal and client-specific standards. You will be responsible for in-process and final inspection of high-end decorative and structural metal items.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks at each stage: raw material inspection, in-process verification, and final product validation
Check surface finishes including PVD, mirror polish, brushed finish, anodizing, powder coating, etc.
Measure dimensions and tolerances using instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Perform welding visual inspections and prepare quality assurance documentation (WPS compliance if applicable)
Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) and lead root cause analysis
Assist project managers and clients during third-party inspections
Maintain inspection logs, test reports, and compliance documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Production/Quality Engineering
2-4 years of QA/QC experience in the metal fabrication industry
Excellent knowledge of surface finish standards and welding quality checks
Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality auditing procedures is a plus
Keen attention to detail and strong reporting/documentation skills
