We're seeking a technically capable Site Supervisor / Engineer with
hands-on experience in architectural metalwork, facades, and decorative systems
. The role involves supervising and supporting on-site installations while ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and safety compliance.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE facade and architectural metal works or relevant industry is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee installation of cladding, facade, and decorative metal elements
Interpret shop drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site
Coordinate with design, fabrication, and subcontractor teams
Verify site dimensions, layouts, and fixings
Support teams in complex or urgent installation tasks
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with UAE HSE standards
Prepare site reports, measurements, and assist with QA/QC checks
Requirements:
5 years UAE experience in facade or metalwork installations
Familiarity with AutoCAD or site layout/measurement tools
Strong drawing interpretation and technical problem-solving skills
Familiar with aluminum, stainless steel, finishes, and installation tools
Knowledge of UAE construction and safety standards
