About the Role

We are a specialized ISO management consultancy based in UAE, dedicated to driving certification success for our clients across various industries. We provide end-to-end support in documentation, implementation, training, and audit preparation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000.

We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation and Audit Specialist whose

core expertise lies in translating business operations into clear, compliant, and integrated management system documentation

. This role is critical to ensuring our clients achieve and maintain their certification with robust, functional systems.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the primary resource responsible for the technical development and internal validation of client management systems:

Meticulously craft, design, and develop all required technical documentation

, including Policy Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Forms, tailored to specific client industries.

Lead the integration

of Quality (9001), Environmental (14001), Occupational Health & Safety (45001), and/ or Food Safety (22000) standards into unified, efficient management systems. Provide hands-on support to clients during the

implementation phase

, guiding teams to operationalize documented procedures effectively.

Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits

for clients, identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement prior to the external Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. Facilitate training sessions for client personnel on documented procedures and management system awareness. Act as a technical resource, collaborating with clients and the certification body (CB) to address scope and documentation requirements during

external audit attendance

Required Expertise and Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of success in documentation and system implementation:

Proven Documentation Mastery:

Demonstrated expertise in developing functional, customized SOPs, policies, and manuals for a minimum of three distinct industry sectors (e.g., Manufacturing, Logistics, Services, Food Production).

Multi-Standard Implementation:

Successful track record of

ISO 9001 (Quality)

Audit Experience:

Must have completed recognized

Auditor Training

(Internal or Lead Auditor). Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience either conducting internal audits or

supporting clients through external ISO certification audits

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical and regulatory requirements clearly. Proficiency in utilizing MS Office or similar tools for professional document creation and control.

Compensation & Work Environment

Location:

Hybrid - Office with Work From Home (WFH)

Schedule:

Full-time. Monday to Friday, with catch up day on Saturday. Sunday is day off.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
