Position: Quality Engineer

Nationality: Filipino preferred

Must be a Mechanical Engineer

Excellent English communication skills required

Salary AED 4000-5000 + benefits as per UAE law

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of product and service quality

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Analyze data and identify trends to proactively address any quality issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues

- Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports

- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and processes

- Monitor and track quality metrics to continuously improve quality standards

- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services, ensuring quality standards are met

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance in a relevant industry

- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and processes

- Experience with quality management systems and tools

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
