Synopsis

Conduct, document and report on audit activities, inspections and investigations to ensure accurate identification, tracking and management of risks in compliance with aviation regulations.

Accountabilities

. Plan and conduct audits, inspections and investigations by leveraging on a wide range of audit techniques to identify risks and potential issues in order to support the timely and accurate resolution.

\xc2\xb7 Develop audit checklist, prepare reports and communicate them in a timely manner ensuring alignment with internal and external standards.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and conduct assessments, inspections and follow up to ensure actual execution of identified corrective actions

\xc2\xb7 Monitor the implementation of safety and quality standards and procedures to ensure accurate and complete adoption

\xc2\xb7 Collect, review and consolidate Safety and Quality management System requirements to ensure its continuous improvement and alignment with the requirements

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a secure system of document control and record keeping to ensure safe, efficient and standards-compliant retrieval

\xc2\xb7 Collect, internal / external best practices to support continuous improvement of safety procedures and the effective design and implementation of improved strategies.

\xc2\xb7 Plan, conduct and document competency assessment of certifying staff, ensuring the highest levels of safety, compliance and operational performance.

\xc2\xb7 Review and establish compliance of internal airworthiness/technical publications with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and determine approval and compliance requirements for STC, modifications, and OEM dispensations.

\xc2\xb7 Assess and approve variations, extensions, and authorisations in accordance with company procedures.

Education & Experience

- Minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or Aircraft maintenance Engineer License

- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance, compliance or Aircraft Engineering

- Understanding of continuing airworthiness regulations, auditing qualification and knowledge of relevant regulations is required
