You should understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding scientific and technical data. Understands the customer\'s needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams. Education BS degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering Master Degree in Engineering (Preferable) Experience Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Engineer. Skills Proven experience in lab civil work lab testing station Recommended qualification A bachelor\'s degree in materials engineering, polymer science or civil engineering Previous experience in production or manufacturing Lab quality controller Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards. Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods. Good technical and IT skills.
