We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our
CRM
Department within a leading
real estate
company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, ensuring service quality, and supporting the CRM team in achieving high customer satisfaction and accurate lead management.
- Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring CRM agents' calls and customer interactions.
Help check the accuracy of customer data and follow-up records on the CRM system.
Support the preparation of basic daily and weekly quality checklists.
Report any noted errors or missing information to the team leader.
Participate in training sessions to understand quality standards and CRM processes.
Assist in improving customer communication flow within the department.
- Requirements:
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
