The QC Operator is responsible for performing in-process and final inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet defined quality standards. This hands-on role combines quality inspection duties with basic operational tasks, supporting consistent production output and minimizing defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products during and after production.
Operate and monitor quality-related equipment such as checkweighers, vision systems, and testing tools.
Record inspection data and ensure proper documentation for traceability.
Communicate any quality issues or deviations to the production or quality supervisor immediately.
Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Support production operators in maintaining quality at each stage of the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or quality is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
Basic understanding of quality assurance practices and inspection techniques.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
