Quality Control (qc) Engineer
Job Description
Eagleturf.ae is hiring a Quality Control Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in civil and landscaping projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of materials, workmanship, and site execution with project specifications and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and quality checks for turf installations, landscaping, hardscaping, and civil works
Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as ITPs, inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and test records
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure compliance with design and specification standards
Identify non-conformities and lead corrective/preventive action procedures
Ensure materials used on site meet required standards and approvals
Liaise with consultants and clients for quality audits and inspections
Support project handover documentation and final quality reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of QC experience in landscaping or construction industry
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and local authority regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quality documentation tools
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
UAE experience preferred; driving license is a plus
