AECOM is seeking a Quality-focused professional to support transportation and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This on-site role contributes to ensuring that construction activities meet approved standards, specifications, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of project quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Review construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Assist in inspections, audits, and verification of works in progress
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants to address quality-related issues
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure alignment with company quality systems, project requirements, and applicable authority standards
• Support reporting on quality performance and compliance status

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance within construction or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with inspection procedures, documentation, and quality systems
• Good understanding of construction standards and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced project environment
