Job Summary:

We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented

Quality Control Officer

to work during the

night shift

at our fresh food production unit. The ideal candidate will ensure that all production processes meet our quality, hygiene, and labeling standards. The role also includes monitoring stock in the production area, inspecting worker performance, and verifying packaging accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of raw materials and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure hygiene and food safety compliance. Oversee and record stock inside the production unit. Inspect worker practices and correct any mistakes or unsafe behaviors. Ensure the correct label is used on each product/package. Report any quality deviations or issues to the supervisor immediately. Maintain detailed documentation and assist during audits.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a quality control or food safety role (preferred in egg, meat, dairy, or fresh food industries). Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols. Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills. Able to work in fast-paced environments. Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends if needed. Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
