As we continue to grow and uphold our commitment to academic excellence, we are looking for a

dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer

to join our academic team. This role is essential to ensuring that all teaching practices within the institution meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Quality Monitoring and Evaluation

Conduct regular evaluations of teaching methods to ensure alignment with institutional and educational quality standards. Monitor academic performance and prepare analytical reports on the quality of teaching and learning. Review academic plans and new curricula to ensure alignment with best educational practices.

2. Developing and Implementing Quality Strategies

Design and implement procedures to ensure compliance with academic quality standards. Apply quality control mechanisms to verify adherence to approved academic policies. Analyze evaluation results and recommend improvements to enhance academic performance.

3. Training and Academic Development

Organize workshops and training sessions for teachers to strengthen quality culture and promote effective teaching strategies. Supervise the training and onboarding of new teachers, ensuring alignment with institutional quality standards. Develop academic guidelines and evaluation tools to support effective teaching.

4. Problem Solving and Error Analysis

Address academic quality-related issues and analyze root causes of recurring problems. Propose solutions to improve academic procedures and prevent repeated issues. Collaborate with academic leadership to drive ongoing improvements in teaching practices.

5. Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on academic quality performance. Provide analytical reports to senior academic leadership highlighting areas of compliance and improvement.

6. Data Review and Analysis

Collect and analyze academic quality data using relevant tools to identify trends or performance gaps. Develop effective academic performance measurement systems to support continuous improvement.

7. Compliance with Educational Standards

Ensure all academic practices comply with UAE educational laws and institutional standards. Stay up to date with changes in educational regulations and recommend necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

8. Curriculum and Instructional Process Analysis

Collaborate with academic teams to review and enhance instructional processes. Provide data-based recommendations for curriculum and academic policy improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Arabic Language, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or within an academic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and reporting skills in academic contexts.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
