Job Description
Quality Control Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Quality Control (QC) processes specific to
uPVC and PPR pipe manufacturing
, ensuring compliance with both company procedures and external regulatory/industry standards. Oversee and manageISO 9001:2015
andBSI EN 1329-1
quality management systems, ensuring all documentation, procedures, and records are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with certification requirements. Conduct inspections, testing, and monitoring of raw materials, in-process production, and finished pipes to verify conformance withmechanical, dimensional, and performance specifications
. Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure adherence toagreed-upon quality benchmarks
, promptly addressing deviations and non-conformities. Prepare and maintain detailed QC reports, audit findings, test records, and corrective action logs for management review and decision-making. Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, proposingcorrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
and recommending process improvements. Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives
aimed at reducing waste, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing product durability, reliability, and overall quality. Ensure compliance withsafety and environmental standards
during the QC process, promoting best practices in line with industry regulations. Preferably possess aMechanical Engineering background
with hands-on knowledge ofplastics processing, extrusion, and pipe manufacturing technologies

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
