Quality Control Manager

Job Description
An industrial factory specialized in the manufacturing of HVAC systems (such as ductwork, air outlets, and other metal components) is seeking to hire a Quality Inspector to oversee product quality, monitor cleanliness, and ensure compliance with factory procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor the quality of products at various stages of production and assembly. Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to production standards and specifications. Ensure workers follow quality procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Identify and report defects or process issues, and follow up on corrective actions. Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records. Follow up on workflow processes and ensure alignment with standard operating procedures. Assist in improving quality control processes and factory performance. Support internal audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferably HVAC or metal fabrication). Good understanding of quality inspection principles and production processes. Ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, measuring tapes). Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation skills. Discipline, reliability, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Salary will be based on experience and discussed during the interview.
Priority will be given to candidates with relevant quality control training or certification.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
