Quality Control Manager

to help maintain high standards across all locations.

Position Overview:

As the Quality Control Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing and maintaining operational excellence across our branches. This includes auditing CRM and sales call performance, evaluating branch cleanliness, ensuring company standards are met, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits of CRM/call center activities to ensure proper lead handling and sales performance. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales department, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. Visit branches across the UAE regularly to assess and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation meet company standards. Report on quality issues, customer feedback, and branch needs to the General Manager. Work closely with branch managers and staff to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Assist in daily operational oversight, including staffing, scheduling, and facility readiness. Support training initiatives to align all teams with best practices and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes. Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. UAE driving license and car is a big plus.
