We are looking to hire for:

Position

- Quality Control Manager

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience:

7+ years in QC roles within the ready-mix concrete industry; at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial capacity in a reputed company.

Responsibilities include:

Develop, document, and enforce QC procedures for batching and ready-mix production. Oversee testing of aggregates, cement, admixtures, and concrete mixes. Supervise lab and field testing programs. Analyze QC data, troubleshoot deviations, and recommend process improvements to plant teams. Validate and maintain multiple concrete mix designs across plant operations. Ensure calibration of test equipment and certification of test labs. Lead, train, and schedule QC technicians for consistent quality monitoring. Promote safety, quality culture, and operational excellence across teams. Maintain accurate QC records: test logs, batch tickets, inspection reports, and audit logs. Compile regular quality trend reports, corrective action documentation, and customer-facing summaries. Collaborate closely with operations, sales, plant management, and clients to resolve quality concerns and deliver consistent performance. Conduct customer investigations and formal responses to complaints when needed.
