FOR EPC OIL & GAS COMPANY IN SYRIA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the project quality control systems and procedures. Oversee all QC activities across fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Ensure adherence to

ASME

,

API

, and other international standards in welding, materials, mechanical systems, and piping works. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and client quality requirements. Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and vendors on all quality-related matters. Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive measures to drive continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QC engineers, inspectors, and site quality teams. Prepare and review Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and project documentation. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction departments to ensure quality integration at every project stage. Report quality performance and compliance status to senior management and project leadership. Minimum

20 years of progressive Quality Control experience

in the

EPC Oil & Gas industry

, preferably in

GCC or Europe

. Strong background in

ASME standards

, with proven experience managing quality for large-scale industrial or energy projects. Certified in ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor) or equivalent. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multicultural teams and client interactions. Must be willing to relocate to Syria.
