Quality Control Manager
Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to manage our coffee shop, flower shops operations and chocolate production. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food safety, quality assurance, and hands-on experience in both cafe and confectionery environments.
Qualification:
with minimum 3-5 years of experience in QC, preferably in coffee and chocolate production
strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems
excellent communication and leadership skills
proficiency in using lab equipment and quality testing tools
experience with specialty chocolate and specialty coffee operations is preferred
