Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Officer with 2-3 years of experience in Dubai's metal & pergola industry, specializing in high-end villas and steel structures.

Major Responsibilities:



1. Inspection of Raw material & Welding consumables against Mill Test Certificate (MTC) prior to fabrication.

2. Maintain documentation & traceability of the material.

3. Ensure conformance of material test reports and lab test reports.

4. Plan, organize & implement inspection test plan (ITP) according to the project requirements and client specifications. Participate in Kick off Meetings (KOM) as per the Notification or Conducting of KOM.

5. Conducting toolbox talk for welders and foreman for ensuring quality requirements. Attending of Pre-Inspection meeting as per the notification from Clients.

6. Monitoring/Witnessing of all the welding related activities (before, during and after) as per approved inspection test plan, Quality control procedures.

7. Witnessing/Monitoring of welding activities to ensure the quality as per project specification.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and related international certification i.e; CSWIP

2-3 years of experience Quality Control Officer/Engineer, with a proven track record in managing metal fabrication workshops

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
