Job Summary



We are seeking a

QC Engineer

experienced in

aluminum fabrication

to ensure all products meet quality, engineering, and project standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on inspection experience in

facade, metal, or aluminum manufacturing

and a strong eye for detail in every stage of fabrication.

Key Responsibilities



Inspect

raw materials, in-process fabrication, and finished aluminum products

as per drawings and standards. Perform

dimensional checks, welding inspection, and NDT (if required)

. Prepare

inspection reports, NCRs, and maintain QMS documentation

. Ensure

compliance with project specs, material standards, and QA/QC procedures

. Support

root cause analysis

and

continuous improvement initiatives

. Train fabrication teams on

quality awareness and inspection techniques

.

Qualifications



Diploma/Bachelor's in

Mechanical, Civil, or Manufacturing Engineering

.

2-4 years

QC experience in

metal/aluminum fabrication or facade industry

. Strong knowledge of

drawings, tolerances, and welding standards

. Skilled in

inspection tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.)

. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
