Conduct inspections of electrical installations including wiring, panels, switchgear, transformers, and lighting systems.
Supervise and verify testing of electrical systems such as insulation resistance, continuity, loop impedance, and earth fault.
Ensure calibration and accuracy of electrical testing instruments.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control procedures.
Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions.
Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality audits.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with project specifications, national electrical codes, IEC, IEEE, and other relevant standards.
Monitor subcontractor and vendor quality performance.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with project managers, site engineers, clients, and third-party inspectors.
Provide technical support and training to site teams on quality procedures and electrical safety.
Continuous Improvement
Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
