Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced

Quality Control Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with a solid background in quality control within a Block Paving Plant environment in the UAE. Experience in value-added products like shotblasting, curling, and honing will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all quality control operations within the Block Paving Plant Ensure that products meet the required quality and regulatory standards Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits across production processes Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation Coordinate with production and plant management teams for continuous quality improvement Implement corrective actions and process enhancements where necessary Provide guidance and supervision to quality control staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 10 years of relevant UAE experience in a Block Paving Plant Experience in value-added products such as shotblasting, curling, and honing is an added advantage Proficient in English with strong communication skills Strong attention to detail and leadership qualities
