MASA, HESS
, and value-added machines.
Requirements:
BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
5-6 years of experience in Concrete Block Manufacturing Plants (MASA/HESS preferred)
Experience with value-added machines like Shot Blasting, Honing, and Curling (an advantage)
Solid knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
MS Office
Familiarity with HSE procedures is an added advantage
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage daily plant operations and supervise the Maintenance Team
Ensure timely production while maintaining high quality standards
Plan and raise requisitions for critical spares and maintenance needs
Maintain all production and maintenance-related documentation
Enforce and document workplace safety practices
Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime
Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot to restore operations swiftly
Optimize plant output and product quality
