Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry, have HACCP certification, and demonstrate a strong understanding of quality control practices in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

HACCP Compliance:

Develop, implement, and monitor HACCP plans to ensure food safety. Conduct regular HACCP audits and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Provide training and guidance to staff on HACCP principles and practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings. Prepare and present reports on quality control performance and issues. Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations. Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with production, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure quality standards are met. Provide support and guidance to team members on quality control issues.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality control role within the F&B industry. Proven experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage.

Certification:

HACCP certification is mandatory.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices in the F&B industry. Good knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry standards and regulations.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
