Senior Cost Control Officer (f & B)
Job Description
We are urgently seeking to hire a Senior Cost Control Officer, with a preference for candidates who are Arabic-speaking and have significant experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) cost control.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in cost control within the F&B industry.
Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with inventory management, wastage control, and margin analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with the purchasing and operations teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food and beverage costs.
Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to reduce wastage.
Prepare regular reports on budget and financial performance.
Work with various departments to ensure compliance with cost control policies.
Analyze pricing, labor costs, and other financial data to optimize profitability.
