Role: Quality Control & Compliance Officer

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about setting high standards? At Masterpiece, we're looking for a Quality Control & Compliance Officer to help us build strong, reliable systems as we scale. This role is vital in ensuring that our operations meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate internal processes to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies

Develop and implement quality control systems and checklists across departments (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

Conduct regular audits, inspections, and internal reviews to assess compliance and process accuracy

Report findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions to management

Ensure all company documentation and client-facing materials meet quality and regulatory standards

Collaborate with department heads to train employees on compliance practices and quality guidelines

Track and report compliance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives

Support risk management activities and ensure data privacy protocols are followed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Quality Management, Compliance, or related field

3+ years of experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance (experience in real estate or service industries is a must)

Strong knowledge of Real Estate compliance standards and internal control processes

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements

Effective communicator with the ability to train, audit, and collaborate cross-functionally
