Job Summary:

The Quality and Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies within the real estate and law firm sectors. This role involves conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and implementing quality assurance processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Monitor and report on compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all transactions meet regulatory requirements.

Provide training and support to staff on compliance and quality standards.

Maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, or risk management, preferably in real estate or legal sectors.

Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Minimum 5 Years Experience

Skills:



Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
