Implement and monitor QA systems, policies, and procedures across all kitchens and outlets.
Conduct regular quality checks of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local municipality standards.
Maintain and update all quality assurance documentation, including checklists and audit reports.
Assist in supplier audits and evaluate product quality from vendors.
Investigate and report non-conformities, propose corrective and preventive actions.
Hygiene & Food Safety
Oversee daily hygiene inspections of food preparation areas, equipment, and storage facilities.
Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, sanitation, and pest control standards.
Conduct regular internal hygiene audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Supervise the cleaning schedules and sanitation records.
Ensure all employees receive proper hygiene and food safety training.
Coordinate with external auditors and government inspectors during hygiene inspections.
Training & Reporting
Develop and conduct hygiene and food safety training sessions for staff.
Maintain accurate records of training, audits, and incident reports.
Prepare and submit monthly QA and hygiene reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Hygiene roles within the F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
Certification in Food Safety / Hygiene (e.g., Level 3 HACCP or equivalent) is an advantage.
Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and audit documentation.
