We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Testing Engineer who will be responsible for testing Samsung applications and services in Arabic and English. They will lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance for AI-driven features, focusing on Arabic language accuracy, usability testing, and real-world conversation validation. The role extends beyond basic Quality Assurance (QA) tasks by contributing to AI model improvement, defining test strategies, and supporting automation integration to optimise testing processes.

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Testing Engineer who will be responsible for testing Samsung applications and services in Arabic and English. They will lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance for AI-driven features, focusing on Arabic language accuracy, usability testing, and real-world conversation validation. The role extends beyond basic Quality Assurance (QA) tasks by contributing to AI model improvement, defining test strategies, and supporting automation integration to optimise testing processes.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Receiving test requests and executing the test following test cases and guides.
- Reporting bugs and suggesting corrections when needed
- Creating test cases for Arabic tests or translating existing test cases when needed
- Sharing test status reports when needed
- AI Feature and Samsung Wallet Application Testing & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive QA for AI features, especially in Arabic (MSA, UAE, KSA dialects).
- Conduct Samsung Wallet APK testing and Wallet Compatibility test.
- Test Case Ownership & Innovation:
- Design, implement, and manage evolving test cases for AI and Wallet
- Maintain and expand custom test dictionaries for Gulf Arabic, including unique expressions and slang.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the Automation team to integrate AI testing pipelines with automation tools for scalability and efficiency.
- Mentoring and planning:
- Planning the test items for testers (outsourced team), including themselves
- Reviewing test results, sharing best practices, and ensuring test quality
- Experience with S/W testing, preferably Android operating system
- Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably majored in electronics and communications engineering)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are a must
- Technology skills around mobile handsets
- Good knowledge of mobile apps testing and SW testing/quality assurance
- Possess a basic understanding of Android OS and other mobile platforms
- High self-motivation and ability to work alone, managing own work and setting sensible priorities according to perceived requirements
- Good at planning and able to meet the testing schedules
- Good PC skills and the confident use of applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Approachable, flexible, team-oriented and self-assertive where required
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Must be a team player and willing to adapt to change
