Key Responsibilities
Review internal processes using quality tools to support improvements based on audit findings and customer feedback.
Recommend quality tools, standards, and measures to enhance processes and resolve recurring issues.
Monitor non conformity reports and customer notifications to ensure corrective actions are fully implemented and achieving required targets.
Recommend enhancements to vendor prequalification criteria to ensure all quality and certification requirements are met.
Support vendor qualification and renewal based on inspection records and quality performance.
Design, update, and analyze supplier performance reports to ensure consistent evaluation metrics aligned with manufacturing best practices.
Conduct training and awareness sessions on quality initiatives and ISO related objectives and procedures.
Support compliance with the company's document and record management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Design and update policies for record management including file plans, classification, retention, and disposal based on regulations and ADNOC code of practice.
Work closely with business information system teams to define methodologies and templates for documenting, mapping, and measuring business processes.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor degree in quality, business administration, or a related management field.
Minimum eight years of experience including six years in quality assurance roles.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
Experience in continuous improvement and business process re engineering.
