Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer - Oil and Gas Industry : As a Quality Assurance Engineer in the oil and gas industry in Engineering , you will be responsible for ensuring that all services in consultant meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with engineering teams to implement and maintain effective quality Assurance processes and procedures. Your main duties will include conducting quality inspections, identifying defects and non-conformities, developing and implementing corrective actions, and managing the overall quality Assurance /control program. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain quality Assurance /control procedures and processes for all products and services produced
- Perform audit (external & internal) in services provided to ensure they meet the required quality standards
- Identify defects and non-conformities and work with engineering teams to develop and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support to teams to ensure quality control requirements are met.
- Analyze and report on quality control data, including trends and non-conformities, to management and other stakeholders
- Manage the quality control program and provide leadership and guidance to all staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards and requirements
- Conduct training and education programs to raise awareness and improve understanding of quality control processes and procedures
- knowledge of Quality management systems ISO9001.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality Assurance/control, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- GCC experience (Oman Preferable).
- Strong knowledge of quality Assurance/control principles, Quality management systems , tools, and techniques ,
- Experience with quality control software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in quality control or related field is a plus
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- QA/QC: 5 years (Required)
- Oil and gas industy: 4 years (Required)
