G42 Analytics is looking for a passionate Lead QA Engineer obsessed with quality to conduct meticulous quality assurance & testing as per business needs & procedures and ensure the highest levels of data integrity & standards compliance without compromising on application functionality.

Responsibilities

As a Lead QA Engineer on our team, you will collaborate with business product owners, customer engagement, software developers, and architects to test our products with the goal of delivering high quality releases

Functional

Work to further develop testing framework, adding new functionality and ways of testing API

Build a team of like-minded individuals to cover more areas and ensure product stability and quality

Track quality state of the application by recording and verifying bugs

Develop UI Automation tests to ensure stability of the application and user presentation

Collect testing data by crawling web, discovering public data sets, creating tricky test samples yourself

Implement accuracy tests to benchmark AI-powered services, report collected metrics and to keep track if there is a skew detected

Collaborate with software engineers to understand implementation better for grey and white box testing

Develop and run performance tests, monitor resource usage and discover patterns of failures

Design and build test suites and cases from requirements, user stories, test strategies, test models and application designs following established testing standards and practices

Use creative thinking to quickly identify and test high value cases for applications including: Functional testing; UX and UI Testing; End-to-End and User workflow; Performance and scalability testing

Follow up on the recent publications from the world of testing AI-powered applications, best ways to fool them around and create adversarial attacks

Skills and attributes for success The yardsticks of your performance would include cost savings achieved, quantum of customer reported defects, adherence to policies, procedures & quality standards, number of daily tests executed, and customer NPS.

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have

Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field

6+ years or more extensive experience with Python and Javascript or Java

2-3 years' experience leading small QA teams focused on automation tests development and test framework extension

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software engineering best practices

6+ years of extensive testing in multiple product life cycles

Strong experience with Web UI automation using tools like cypress, puppeteer or Selenium, Selenide, etc.

Strong experience building API/REST API testing frameworks

Experience with NoSQL data storages, preferably ElasticSearch

Experience with docker and Kubernetes

Performance/Load testing experience using any of JMeter, Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner or similar

Experience with message queueing technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Active MQ, etc)

Practical knowledge in test management, bug tracking, UI, UX, API, and platform testing tools

Practical knowledge in building, maintaining, and improving test management and tools

Experience working in Scrum teams or in agile environment in general.

Ideally, you'll also need

An obsession with quality and quality standards

In-depth industry- and domain-specific technical knowledge

Experience working in the Cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP

Experience in testing digital forensic applications

Experience testing machine learning and deep learning based AI services

Experience in preparing human curated data sets for AI models benchmarking

A meticulous approach to tasks with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication skills
