Our client is a US pipe fabrication company based in Abu Dhabi, the fastest-growing turn-key industrial pipe fabrication organization in the world is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer (Pipe Fabrication) to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. As a QA engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be creating tests that identify issues with software before a product launch. These tests entail other tasks such as developing and running new tests and reporting their results to stakeholders, who will collaborate to fix program bugs or problems:

Responsibilities
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible of developing and execute exploratory, automated tests and resolve system malfunctions to ensure product quality.
- Monitor all stages of software development to identify to meet quality standards.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
- Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of pipe fabrication shop experience.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certificate is a MUST.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
