About the Role
Island Tower Group is seeking
Quality & Compliance Inspectors
to join our QA/QC team. The role involvesrotating across sites, factories, and stores
to ensure that works, materials, and resources meet project quality standards. Inspectors will prepare detailed reports for senior management to supportquality assurance, cost control, and operational improvement
.Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections across sites and facilities on a
rotation schedule
. Review site activities, subcontractor performance, materials, and resources against company quality procedures. Performmaterial check-ins
, verifying deliveries againsttest certificates, approvals, and specifications
to ensure correct materials are used. Document findings with notes and photos, preparingdaily reports
for management. Highlight any quality or compliance concerns to senior management for follow-up action. Support the company's efforts to maintainISO, HSE, and quality to the highest standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
.2-3 years of experience
in QA/QC, inspection, or site engineering (infrastructure, MEP, or fabrication). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Knowledge ofQA/QC processes, ISO standards, and site procedures
. Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, basic reporting tools).Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
