Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused

Quality and Compliance Officer

to oversee the accuracy and performance of listings, documents, and sales processes. A key part of the role involves

monitoring the quality of leads

, ensuring agents are properly updating lead statuses, and verifying timely follow-ups -- all to support a high standard of service and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:



Review all property listings before they go live to ensure they meet quality standards (accurate pricing, correct photos, valid documents, etc.). Conduct daily audits on CRM entries to ensure leads are being tracked, followed up, and updated correctly. Monitor lead quality and verify source, agent notes, and responsiveness. Ensure agents update the status of each lead accurately (New, Contacted, Follow-Up, Closed, etc.). Identify patterns of poor lead handling and work with managers to address issues. Audit client communication logs for consistency and professionalism. Coordinate with the Listing Manager and team leaders to resolve quality concerns. Create and maintain quality checklists and internal compliance documents. Assist in training staff on proper CRM use, follow-up techniques, and documentation standards. Prepare weekly quality reports and suggest process improvements to management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field. Experience in quality assurance or administrative auditing (experience in real estate or CRM systems is a strong advantage). Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and lead tracking processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data for accuracy and performance. Good understanding of real estate workflows (listing, lead management, follow-ups, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple audits or reviews.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
