Analyze customer booking patterns, travel preferences, and seasonality trends to improve customer segmentation and targeting.
Support dynamic pricing and revenue management strategies through forecasting and demand modeling.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs such as occupancy rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing to measure campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI across digital and offline channels.
Provide insights into product usage, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency using tools like SQL, Python, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Work with large datasets including travel itineraries, booking engines, and customer feedback.
Assist in data hygiene, enrichment, and integration from CRM, OTA (Online Travel Agency), and GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with travel booking systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport).
Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing platforms.
Understanding of revenue management principles in the travel industry.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
