We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with the ability to analyze and improve processes to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve quality assurance processes and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sales quality management). Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field. Strong understanding of quality standards and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
