The Position
Within DSM Nutritional Products Animal Nutrition and Health, we are currently looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager for our new production site at Sadat City, Egypt.
Your responsibilities include:
- Full responsibilities for the quality management and quality control of the site
- Executing activities as for example
- Ensure that all quality standards and regulations are in place, prepare and implement quality requirements
- Deviations management (report, tracking, decision)
- Plan and execute Quality audits for internal and external parties, when needed
- Execute traceability and MOCK recall exercises, complaints handling, batch record review when needed
- Maintain statistic data analysis and issue reports
- Execution of analytical tasks
- Ensure lab equipment is qualified and analytical methods validated
- Maintain update information in different tools like: Trackwise, CCR handling, Talent suite system
- Ensure of customer service quality to all customers and manage customer complaints
- Comply with all job-related safety, security, and other training requirements.
- Comply to DSM, rules and procedures
You will report directly to the Head Quality & Compliance EMEA East
The Ideal
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good written and oral expression in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, know-how of industry and markets
- A strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO standards etc.
- Ability to work independently under the own initiative, being a strong influencer with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, team-player, ability to prioritize, result-oriented, analytical, accurate, responsible, and proactive person, paying attention to detail, have a problem-solving mindset, positive working attitude and ability to follow complex processes
