Job Purpose:

Responsible for day-to-day compliance and certification management for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

- Uphold compliance procedures and policies against best practice and regulatory standards.
- Responsible for maintaining and operating the standard operating software for the management of findings regarding non-conformance requirements (NCR's) and corrective actions from Division and Group audits.
- Responsible for ensuring with the support of the compliance team, the implementation of the Compliance Management System (CMS) based on ISO 37301 is carried forward and implemented within the business unit.
- Create, coordinate and ensure monthly compliance meetings and reviews with the compliance team to discuss compliance, certification and testing.
- Review new and existing laws, regulations, policies and industry standards and identify existing and emerging business practice, issues and risk of the company.
- Ensuring that the 'Product Compliance Register' is maintained and brought in line with the Group Compliance Manual.
- Propose solution related to compliance and certification requirements that impact the company product and business.
- Responsible for the continuous review of performance against the ISO framework, as well as improvements.
- Responsible for the risk register and non-conformance log.
- Non-conforming material and product - Management of rejected materials. Segregation, disposition and preparation of vendor claims, supporting waste recovery plans.
- Ensure all stakeholders have clear line of sight to compliance vision and objectives. Act as a Compliance Champion.
- Ensure all stakeholders have clear line of sight to quality vision and objectives. Act as a Quality Champion.
- Quality Standards - Ensure product drawing are current with tolerances and quality attributes clearly defined documented and available to the lines for carrying out checks.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 - 9 years' experience in similar positions, from a Certification, Quality, Compliance or Engineering background.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering significant efficiency and quality improvements.
- Experience in deployment of World Class Manufacturing systems, Lean Six Sigma.
- Bachelors' degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Science or Quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
